Collision, Hail & Insurance Repair in North York

Had an accident, a hailstorm, or a parking-lot dent? 647 Auto Repair handles collision and insurance repair work at 12 Lepage Court in North York, and we deal with the insurance company for you. Bring the car in, we write the estimate, and we bill your insurer directly so you are not chasing paperwork or fronting the money.

We work with all major insurers

We regularly complete claims for CAA Insurance, Definity, Intact, Aviva, TD Insurance, Desjardins and others. If your appraiser has already written an estimate, send it to us and we will match it line by line. If not, we will inspect the car and prepare one for your adjuster.

What we repair

Collision damage to bumpers, doors, quarter panels and frames. Hail damage, including paintless dent repair (PDR) that keeps your factory paint. Dents, scratches and paint refinishing with colour-matched blending. Flood and water-damaged engines. Windshield and glass replacement as part of a claim.

How the claim process works

1. Report the claim to your insurer and get a claim number. 2. Drop the car off with us, or send us the appraisal if you already have one. 3. We confirm the estimate with your appraiser, order parts and start the repair. Any extra damage found once panels are off is submitted as a supplement and approved before we do the work. 4. You pay only your deductible at pickup; we bill the rest to the insurer.

What it costs you

Your out-of-pocket cost is your policy deductible, typically $500 or $1,000. There is no charge for the estimate. We will confirm which deductible applies to your claim type before you commit to anything.

How long does it take?

Most collision and hail repairs take 5 to 20 business days depending on parts availability and the number of panels involved. We give you a target pickup date at drop-off and call you if anything changes.

Call 437-255-8280 or text us a few photos of the damage and we will tell you what to expect.
